build: Upgrade all dependencies (#803)
* build: upgrade all dependencies
We've accumulated a fat backlog here that's gonna need some heavy testing
* build: adjust for WhatTheStack upgrade
This is now automatically initialized
* build: downgrade security-crypto
* build: upgrade to Gradle 6.4
* idea: sync from AS 4.1.x
* build: bump AGP to 4.0.0
* build: disable Jetifier
