fix: rework Crowdin integration (#3175)
* chore: set up Crowdin configuration
* fix(app): sync strings from Crowdin
Closes #3174
* fix(ci): use crowdin/github-action instead of homebrew setup
* fix(build): remove obsolete Crowdin plugin
